Ron Kelly has served for many years as a pastor, most recently as the senior pastor of the Village Seventh-day Adventist Church in Berrien Springs Michigan. He is married to Collene, an elementary school teacher; and together, they have four children. Ron enjoys wilderness canoe trips, mission travel, and working with his family and friends.
Alden Ho is an ordained minister, energetic speaker, musician, photographer and cyclist, who utilizes these God-given talents to point young people towards the heavenly kingdom. With a Master's degree in Youth Ministry he has served as a youth and also a senior pastor.
Tim Rumsey is director of Pathway to Paradise Ministries. He has conducted Bible prophecy and revival seminars across North America, and in Australia, New Zealand, South American and Central America. His wife Stacey is a stay-at-home mother of four children and is co-host of the radio show and podcast "Families of Faith."
The Preparation Ministry is a self-supporting ministry dedicated to partnering with its local conference to reach people through public seminars and visual media. Over the past 11 years, God has abundantly blessed our efforts, allowing us to minister to more than 70 churches. Our sermons and health programs have been broadcast on five different Christian TV channels, expanding our outreach to a broader audience.
Dr. Ryan McLennan and Elizabeth (Liz) live in Virginia with their four daughters. Ryan is dual certified in emergency medicine and lifestyle medicine. Liz is a nurse by training, but currently keeping busy homeschooling their four children. She has a passion for cooking and forming friendships. All the better when she can do both at once. Over the past few years they have been leading out the Roanoke Seventh-day Adventist Church’s health ministries department. During this time, they have developed the ROSC Revive Your Life health series. This is an annual series held for the community to help them revive not just their physical health, but their spiritual as well.
Kristen lives in Virginia with her husband (Chad) and their two children. She completed nursing school at Southern Adventist University. She has a passion for spending time with family, working on home projects, and cooking. More recently, she has been working closely with Ryan and Liz McLennan in the formation of the ROSC Revive Your Life health series. Kristen is the kitchen lead for these programs and has been integral in the development of the cookbook that the program utilizes.
Breakfast and lunch meals will be available for purchase. Adults $12 per meal, children 3-6 years of age $10 per meal, and children 2 and under free. Breakfast and lunch meals must be purchased before July 20, 2025. Families will be responsible for their own supper meals. There is also a grill at the venue that serves a few vegan and vegetarian side dishes, ice cream, and smoothies.

Motel rooms are available at Encounter Cove for $108 per night. Rooms include a restroom, queen bed, and 2 twin bunk beds. A minimum of two nights must be rented. Rooms may be reserved in the registration process.
Full hookup RV sites are available at Encounter Cove for $38.00 per night. Hookups include 30/50 amp electric, water, and sewage. A shower house is available.
Tent sites are available at Encounter Cove for $10 per night. A shower house and restrooms are available.
Boat rides and associated water sports will be available for families. Reservations must be made and the rate is $50 for a 45-minute time slot.
Cave exploration is free at Encounter Cove.
Access to the frisbee golf course is free. Discs may be rented, or bring your own.
Encounter Cove has several hiking trails that are available for free.
The water park will be available Sunday morning from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Reservations must be made and paid for before August 1. A combined pass for the water park and ropes course is available for $30 per person.

Share your ministry! We have room for twelve exhibitor booths. Exhibitors will receive a 10x10 feet exhibit space, 8-foot table, two chairs, and electric outlet. Exhibitors will receive five minutes during a morning or evening meeting to share about their ministry. Exhibit booths cost $200 dollars and include registration.
